Define How Customers Succeed with AI

As an AI Evangelist at Capably, you’ll help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality. You’ll be the bridge between what Capably’s platform can do and how customers actually adopt it—guiding them from initial onboarding through activation, rollout, and long-term success.

This is not a traditional customer success role. You’ll combine relationship management, product fluency, and workflow understanding to help customers launch high-impact use cases, build confidence in the platform, and expand adoption over time. You’ll play a critical role in making complex AI automation feel practical, valuable, and repeatable for enterprise teams.

Drive Adoption and Customer Impact

We believe customer success in AI is not about account maintenance—it’s about helping customers get real systems live and delivering value quickly. You’ll lead customers through onboarding, training, workflow discovery, and adoption, ensuring they understand not just what Capably does, but how to use it effectively inside their business.

You’ll work closely with solutions engineering, product, and engineering to surface customer needs, reduce friction during early deployments, and improve how we scope and launch new workflows. Your job is to keep momentum high, align stakeholders, and make sure customers move from curiosity to trust to meaningful usage. Recent internal discussions also point to the need for stronger upfront scoping, clearer onboarding structure, and more standardised discovery processes—all highly relevant to this role.

  • Guide customers through onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of Capably’s platform

  • Help customers identify valuable workflows and translate their goals into structured implementation plans

  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams

  • Run training, enablement, and strategic check-ins to increase product understanding and usage

  • Partner with solutions engineering and product teams to unblock deployments and improve the customer experience

  • Capture recurring customer needs, objections, and workflow patterns to help shape better processes and product capabilities

Your work will help Capably improve onboarding quality, accelerate time to value, and increase the number of customer workflows that can be launched smoothly with less friction. You’ll also help strengthen the feedback loop between customer outcomes and product evolution, which internal discussions have highlighted as a scaling priority.

Success in this role means being proactive, credible, and deeply customer-oriented. You’ll need to manage multiple stakeholders, simplify complexity, and keep customers moving forward even when requirements are still taking shape. The best AI Evangelists are structured, persuasive, commercially aware, and genuinely excited about helping organisations adopt new ways of working.

By staying close to customers and close to the product, you’ll help Capably build stronger adoption systems and a more scalable customer journey. Your ability to educate, align, and drive outcomes will be essential to how we grow.

What You Bring:

  1. Strong experience in customer success, account management, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing role

  2. Ability to understand customer goals and translate them into practical workflow and adoption plans

  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  4. Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership

  5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage onboarding, follow-through, and cross-functional coordination

  6. Genuine excitement about AI products and the ability to explain them clearly and credibly

  7. Experience with enterprise software, workflow automation, or technical customer-facing work is a strong plus
